Momos Chutney | Momos Chutney Recipe | मोमोज चटनी रेसिपी | How To Make Momos Chutney At Home
Momos chutney, a spicy red sauce made with dry red chillies, garlic and tomatoes, is a must have dipping sauce served with Veg Momos. It is delicious, Hot and spicy. We can easily make it at home too.

Let’s get started with easily available ingredients:
INGREDIENTS
4 tomato, ripened
Few dried red chillies
Few clove garlic
2 cup of water
1/2 tsp Ajinomoto
1 tsp vinegar
Salt to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Wash the vegetables, Cut the end of the dry red chillies
2. Snag the tomatoes (Cheera lagayenge)
3. In a deep bottom pan/Kadhai, take 2 cup water and add Tomato, dried red chillies.
4. Boil for 5-10 minutes or till tomatoes starts peeling its skin.
5. Cooldown the blanched tomatoes and chillies.
6. Once it is cooled down, remove the skin of tomatoes.
7. Transfer the peeled tomatoes and red chilli into the blender, add garlic.
8. Grind garlic, blanched tomatoes, and blanched red chillies.
9.Add the above ingredients in a pan/kadhai to saute.
10. Also add 1/2 tsp Ajinomoto, salt to taste.
11. At last add 1 tbsp Vinegar.
Finally, momos chutney is ready to enjoy with wheat momos or veg momos or chicken momos.

**Tip: You can add sugar depending on the tanginess of tomatoes or if its extra spicy.
You can store it in the fridge for a long time.
